The agreement between you and us, written like adults.

By signing in to UISqueezy you accept these terms. They form a binding contract between you (or your company, if you sign up on its behalf) and UISqueezy, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

If you don't agree with any part, don't use the service. Simple as that.

• You must be 16 or older, or have a guardian's consent.
• One human, one account. Bots and scripts that create accounts without permission are out.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login. Use a strong password, turn on 2FA, and don't share credentials.
• Tell us within 24 hours if you suspect a breach: security@uisqueezy.com.

Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose. We'll email a receipt every cycle.

• 14-day money-back guarantee — cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund, no questions.
• Cancel any time — we don't bury the button, it's in Settings → Billing.
• Failed payments — we retry three times across seven days before downgrading you to Free.
• Prices are listed at /pricing; we'll give 30 days' notice before any increase.

Your tokens, files, and projects are yours. We claim no ownership. We need a narrow license to host, render, and sync them — that license ends when you delete your account.

You promise that what you upload doesn't violate anyone's rights and isn't unlawful, malicious, or hateful. We don't proactively scan your content, but we'll act on credible reports.

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the service without written consent.
• Use UISqueezy to send spam, host malware, or impersonate others.
• Resell access without an explicit reseller agreement.
• Try to get around plan limits by creating sock-puppet workspaces.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Repeat offenders get terminated.

We target 99.95% uptime on Team and 99.99% on Enterprise. Status lives at status.uisqueezy.com. Planned maintenance happens on Saturdays 02:00–04:00 UTC; we'll post 48h notice.

We don't guarantee bug-free or uninterrupted service — software is software. We do guarantee we'll work hard when something breaks.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, lost time, lost weekends.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.

You can leave any time — Settings → Workspace → Delete. We can suspend or terminate accounts for repeated breaches of these terms, with 30 days' notice except in cases of abuse or legal obligation.

If we ever shut down the company (we plan not to), you'll get 90 days to export everything before data is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of New Castle County, except where local consumer law gives you a stronger right.

EU/UK consumers may also bring claims in their home jurisdiction.

• If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• You can't transfer this agreement; we can, to a successor entity.
• The latest version always lives at this URL. Material changes get 30 days' notice via email.
